Remedium Recovery Pen – Remedium Research
The Remedium Recovery Pen is a compounded formulation that combines three research-grade recovery peptides into a single pen-style delivery device, each at a 10mg dose. This product is based on the synergistic mechanisms of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV and targets three distinct pathways, i.e., tissue repair, cellular migration and inflammatory regulation, offering a convenient multi-peptide delivery solution for researchers.
Composition & Mechanisms of Triple Peptide
BPC-157 is a peptide consisting of fifteen amino acids, which is found in gastric juice. Research has shown it to promote angiogenesis via the VEGFR2 pathway and aid in the healing of tendons, ligaments and intestinal mucosa. TB-500 is a synthetic thymosin beta-4 fragment that regulates actin dynamics to promote cell migration and tissue remodelling, mainly in a systemic healing context. KPV is a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH, which can enter cells through the PepT1 transporter and inhibit the NF-kB inflammatory signalling pathway. The logic of synergy is complementary, where BPC-157 and TB-500 handle structural repair while KPV adds an anti-inflammatory layer, providing a model of “repair plus regulation” coverage. Format & Ease of Use
The prefilled pen format avoids the need for reconstitution of the lyophilised powder and offers a stable subcutaneous delivery method. Each pen contains 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 10mg KPV for a total of 30mg peptides.
Background of the research and evidence levels
Remedium Recovery Pen, Each peptide has its own pre-clinical research base: BPC-157 has shown pro-healing activity in animal models, but the FDA states that there is a lack of human pharmacokinetic data. TB-500 has some safety data from phase II clinical trials. The anti-inflammatory mechanisms of KPV have been mainly validated in cell and rodent models of colitis, and no human RCTs have been completed. The fixed formula of the triple-peptide combination has not been tested in human trials, and none of the components are FDA-approved drugs.

Application Scenarios
This product is for research use in tendon, ligament and muscle repair as well as recovery study designs involving inflammatory factors. The addition of KPV will enhance its suitability for research frameworks involving gastrointestinal inflammation and or systemic inflammatory regulation. Remedium Recovery Pen
Declaration of Conformity
None of the components are FDA approved for human use. BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV are prohibited substances by WADA. This product is for research use only.
The Remedium Recovery Pen packs three complementary repair peptide pathways into a user-friendly pen format. The composite formulation provides a useful tool for experimental designs requiring simultaneous evaluation of structural repair and inflammatory regulation.
